Substance Use Disorders Services
Substance Use Disorders Services provide adult outpatient services focused on the skills and tools needed to restore the level of physical, psychological, and social health necessary to achieve and sustain recovery and re-integrate into the community. Services are designed to support the health and well-being of our clients. Our philosophy is to provide care that is tailored to each client's needs and focuses on their individual strengths. Substance Use Disorders Services are provided at several outpatient locations to adults 21 and over. Our services include:
Whether you, your loved one, or an outside provider has referred you to CPC, your first step is to contact our Assessment Services team. Our Assessment team can answer your questions and determine if our services are right for you. The phone screener will work with you to schedule an in-person appointment, or if we are unable to meet your needs, we will provide appropriate referrals.
