CPC's Assessment Services is a "single point of access" to the services available throughout Community Psychiatric Clinic. Assessment Services staff:  screen calls  perform intake and assessments via scheduled or same-day appointments  provide crisis intervention services  make referrals  assist clients in applying for public funding for services  coordinate housing placements  are located at local and State hospitals to help coordinate services for clients being discharged into the community.
