Many of our clients
suffer from schizophrenia, bi-polar disorder (manic depression), obsessive-compulsive
disorder or other debilitating conditions that can disrupt their lives.
CPC's goal is
to provide the support services necessary to enable clients to live
successfully in the community. CPC clinical and medical staff work
closely together to monitor and manage client goals, outcomes, and
medication. Our services include:
Case
Management
The
case manager and client work together to identify the strengths, skills
and supports needed to ensure the client's success in the community.
We assist clients to help themselves achieve and maintain independence,
stability and well being through an array of treatment modalities.
Structured Day Programs
Two sites offer structured day programs to provide clients with a safe, supportive environment with opportunities for skill building, social support and structured activities.
Client empowerment, peer support, and skills development in meeting basic needs are vital treatment components of CPC’s structured day programs. Organized activities and regular schedules help clients cope more effectively with their psychiatric symptoms and offer a supportive environment where clients can meet and develop friendships. The treatment process emphasizes self responsibility, independence, and psychiatric stability. Day programs are offered at the Northgate and Belltown sites
Medical
Services
Psychiatrists
and psychiatric nurses are an integral component of the treatment
team, and provide psychiatric evaluation and consultation, medication
management, and coordination with primary care providers.
