Psychiatric Clinic Achieves Three-Year Accreditation January
2005 - Community Psychiatric Clinic (CPC) received the highest
level of national accreditation possible, a Three-Year Accreditation,
from The Rehabilitation Accreditation Commission (CARF) for the
following behavioral healthcare programs: Assessment and Referral,
Outpatient Treatment, Case Management, Children and Adolescents
Outpatient Treatment, Community-Based Rehabilitation, Chemical
Dependency Services, Vocational Services and Residential Treatment. "Through
achieving this accreditation, CPC has demonstrated that its programs
provide the community with quality services that meet the needs
of the persons we serve," said Shirley Havenga, Chief Executive
Officer of CPC. "The Board of Trustees, management team and
staff members are proud to have received this Three-Year Accreditation." CARF
is an independent, not-for-profit national accrediting body promoting
quality, value, and optimal outcomes of services through a consultative
accreditation process that centers on enhancing the lives of persons
served. |
