Residential Placements Supervisor
Full Time: Coordinate residential screening and placement countywide for clients placed in residential facilities in King County. Supervise team of clinicians monitoring admissions and discharges at Western State Hospital (WSH) and facilitating continuity of care between WSH and appropriate treatment resources. Facilitate referrals for clients discharged from local psychiatric hospitals to the appropriate treatment resource in King County, including specialized treatment providers.

Requires MA degree and 2 years clinical and supervisory experience. Experience with King County PHP system preferred.

Western State Hospital Liaison
Full time position providing screening and assessment to clients at Western State Hospital. Work with agency, WSH staff and outside sources to provide continuity of care to clients. Requires Bachelors degree and two years relevant experience, Masters degree preferred.

Case Manager - Community Support Services
Full time positions at our Belltown and Wallingford sites providing counseling, crisis intervention and case management for clients with severe and persistent mental illness. BA or MA in social services and 2 years experience required.

Case Aide
Part time (20 hours), entry-level position, providing direct support to clinical staff working with mentally ill adults. Duties include, but are not limited to, providing transportation to appointments conducting outreaches to the community, and assisting clients with paperwork and in obtaining financial benefits. WA state counselor registration and equivalent of AA degree required. Relevant mental health experience preferred.
