Youth Chemical Dependency Services
Community Psychiatric Clinic provides a full range of outpatient chemical dependency treatment services for youth ages 12-20, designed to meet the needs of young adults. Services are designed to provide clients and their families with the skills and tools needed to restore the level of physical, psychological, and social health necessary to achieve and sustain recovery and re-integrate into the community. Youth services are specifically tailored to meet the concerns and needs of chemically dependent youth and their families.
CPC provides:
- Developmentally-appropriate chemical dependency assessments
- Specific outreach and intervention to assist youth in accessing treatment
- Youth Outpatient Treatment services
- Case management services
- Individual and group counseling
- 12-step support groups, including double trouble groups for individuals with co-occurring disorders
- Family support and education
- Crisis intervention and relapse prevention
Our primary chemical dependency services location is in Fremont. Youth chemical dependency services are also available in Lake City and Northgate.
