Specialized Housing Services

CPC provides a variety of specialized housing options with case management support servicesfor individuals who do not need 24-hour supervised care, but do require more support than can be found in regular low-income housing.  Accessible, affordable and safe community-based housing resources are provided according to client preference, eligibility requirements, and clinical need:

Community Housing

CPC owns and/or operates 24 homes located from central Seattle to North King County. Two to five clients share semi-independent living environments in residential neighborhoods, and have regular contact from CPC housing case management staff. Community housing is also available for those who also have drug and alcohol problems.

Apartments

Six apartment buildings offer independent living in studio and one-bedroom apartments, with regular case management services, and are located close to bus lines, shopping, and services.

Sand Point

Twenty studio apartments at Santos Place, located on the former grounds of Sand Point Naval Station. Residents receive case management services and support from CPC housing staff.

Housing subsidies

CPC is able to provide a number of Section 8 certificates, Shelter Plus Care, and subsidized set-aside apartments. CPC also collaborates with many other housing providers to ensure access to specialized housing.
