Referring a Private Pay/Private Insurance Client

CPC places no restrictions on referrals for Private Pay/Private Insurance clients. We can provide individual and/or family outpatient counseling, psychiatric services and chemical dependency services to individuals and families (including children or youth) who have insurance or are willing to pay privately for services.
After referral and a brief initial phone screening, private pay/private insurance clients will be connected directly with their primary clinician for a full assessment and ongoing services. After assessment, if a Private Pay/Private Insurance client is determined to need a more intensive level of services than that provided by outpatient counseling, he or she will be referred to the appropriate CPC program for ongoing services.
We are contracted through most major insurance companies, and are preferred with Regence Blue Shield, Community Health Plan of Washington, Molina, Aetna, and First Choice Health Network. Prospective clients should call the member services department of their individual insurance companies to see what is covered by their particular plan (provider listings on web sites are frequently out of date). We also offer a private pay sliding fee scale for those clients who do not wish to submit an insurance claim or whose insurance does not cover counseling services.
