Wraparound Delivery Team Facilitator
Community Psychiatric Clinic is seeking a full-time Wraparound Facilitator to facilitate multidisciplinary teams of family members and professional service providers to address the needs of high-risk youth and their families utilizing a high-fidelity wraparound model. The Wraparound Facilitator must have leadership skills that include effective interpersonal communication, ability to assess diverse needs, organize teams, facilitate meetings, mediate conflictual issues, provide culturally appropriate supports, and be able to articulate and use the NWI wraparound principles.
Candidate must have a working knowledge of local resources, child and youth development, family systems and needs, child and youth welfare, juvenile justice, educational systems, developmental disabilities, and mental health and substance abuse systems and resources. Ability to work flexible hours, including evening and weekends, to meet program and family needs.
Must have at least two (2) years of experience working with high-risk youth and their families within a publicly-funded, child-serving system.
- A BA degree in social work, counseling or a related field.
- Washington state counselor registration, certification, or license.
- Must have reliable transportation, a driver's license, and insurance for business travel.
- Master's degree preferred.
