CPC is committed to the professional development of our staff.  We feel that each and every CPC staff member has the ability to grow and improve in their capabilities, knowledge and expertise, and we work with our staff to foster that growth.  Staff at CPC are able to take advantage of:

• An annual training benefit for clinical staff that can be used to pay for external trainings on topics relevant to job functions
• Up to 32 hours each year of paid time for attending external trainings
• Access to free in-house training on a variety of topics, including a 15-topic Foundations course for clinical staff designed to assist new staff in learning the ins and outs of services at CPC
• Annual training on cultural competency and working with special populations, health and safety, confidentiality and ethics, and more
