Kelli Nomura, Chief Operating Officer

Kelli has over 22 years of clinical experience in the mental health field including 18 years of management and supervisory experience.  She has oversight of CPC's mental health, chemical dependency and criminal justice operations and over 100 clinical staff.  Kelli also oversees the ownership/operation of one of the largest arrays of housing and residential treatment for persons with mental illness in Washington State, with more than 669 beds in 39 projects.
